I was a bridesmaid in 2015!

My best friend of 5 years (Cristal) got married on April 14th in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and I was a bridesmaid! It was different for me because it was my first experience ever. I had the pleasure of being right by her side as she uttered the words "I do" to her spouse. It was a challenging but yet beautiful experience. We bumped heads a few times through out the wedding process. She was overwhelmed by emotions and obstacles that got in her way, but she fought through and was successful in the end.
Her bachelorette party was a sex party! My first one too. Lol. We came up with stripper names, played some sex games and gained some useful sex knowledge. It was hilarious how the stripper who came to her event was the same girl we met in the nail store and had insightful conversations with. Her sister handpicked the stripper but had no idea we would be in the same nail shop at the same time. That was hilarious!
One of my Nigerian friends couldn't stand the fact that I bought some sex shots for the fun of it. Lol! Sex shots give you energy to go all night as the sex educator informed us. He claims African men have the everlasting African power that can sustain any woman and her desires. What do you guys think?

She never had her make-up done professionally, so I made sure she got taken care of on her big day. She was stoked and looked beautiful!

We loved our gold bridesmaid dresses. Definitely felt like princesses

Houston Nights (TAKE 2)

So...I was supposed to post these pics a VERRRRYYYY long time ago. My crew and I went to Houston for the African Princes of Comedy Show in April and honestly didn't have the best time. The show was disappointing and we barely moved a muscle in the city. We didn't get to do a damn thing that we planned apart from going to the comedy show, club, mall and typical Nigerian restaurants we visited last time. We are the MAIN culprits of African time and abuse it to the FULLEST! Precious (had our rental car in his name) and definitely punished us to the FULLEST!
I also have to take some blame because we stayed in 3 DIFFERENT hotels as we all couldn't come to an agreement. Lmao...it was ridiculous and there are so many tolls in Houston! I don't know how we didn't experience this during our last visit. We payed over $40 in tolls. It wasn't until after we got back that I was informed there was a way to navigate around Houston without tolls on the GPS #Urghhhh. I was ticked off, but I was happy to just be away. It's always a blast anytime we hang out with each other (even though that's no longer the case). I will never forget the good memories and fun times we shared. This was supposed to go up a long time ago, so our falling out will not make me NOT post it.
Aminat and I acting a fool with our rental car. We were acting like we hadn't seen latest edition moto before. Lol! We somehow got upgraded to a 2015 Chrysler. Push to Start and all sorts of other complications, but we made it through! Rolled into Houston in style!

Nikolai Obee Returns

So...you might have been wondering where my lazy bum drifted off to. I was being extra lazy and blaming my absence on self-inflicted depression and extreme procrastination. I found it to just be easier. Imagine...waking up, eating and sleeping as I please. The act of basically doing nothing seemed to be my daily routine. I surely did feel useless. I put down all my dreams and aspirations aside and just remained in a stand-still position because my body refused to get up and make a move. A move that is supposed to help me reach my goals and aspirations. Every second, minute, hour, day, week, month and year counts. It took me a minute, but I had to remember that I can actively make use of any time we have, no matter how little. I have wasted a lot within these last few months, but its time to get back on track. Jealousy, anger and idleness was all I felt I represented within that, but I decided to not let those self-deluding traits dictate my life.
I'm back to posting on my blog, writing for websites and eventually getting back to my YouTube videos. I have a bunch of exciting stuff in store for my bees. So stay tuned and keep updated with Nikolai Obee.
